Resignation

Hi team am working in a bpo now I got new job where I need to join on 13 may how ever my current employer telling me to serve 30 days notice period n I don't have 30 days time I told them that I do have 16 leave balance but they are not ready to adjust my leave balance with my notice period n not letting me to buy 8 days of notice period tell me what do I do please reply

If, you can dispense with relieving letter, then quit it and join the new company.

Thanks for replying sir how Ever I need releaving letter instating that my services with current employer is finished before joining new employer there must be a law where employer can't force an employee to serve 30 days notice period .am ready to serve 22 days notice period n ready to pay amount to buy another 8 days notice period

Only Mutuality between you two can expeditiously solve the problem.Launch of
complaint or litigation would frustrate the urgency you have. Liaison with your H.R.without any complex.
