IF THE PURCHASED SHARES ARE LOST BEFORE TRANSFERRING IN THE NAME HOW TO GET IT DUPLICATE FROM THE COMPANY?
HERE THE CERTIFICATE ALONG WITH THE TRANSFERRED DULY FILLED IS LOST IN TRANSIT...

Do you have any xerox copy of those lost shares and transfer deeds?

is it possible for you to procure affidavit of the seller confirming sale?

YES I GOT THE XEROX COPY OF ALL BUT THE SELLER IS NOT KNOWN TO ME.HE MAY NOT SIGN THE AFFIDAVIT THEN WHAT TO DO?

You can particulars of the shareholder (not the seller) on record from the company after you send a copy of broker's invoice for proof of having the shares bought by you.

YES! and in case they refuse you can file a suit of mandatory injunction to issue you duplicates.
