we have know about what the offences are instituted when we move an application of section 340Cr.P.C for the false affidavit given in 138 ni act

Which are the offences to be covered by the 340 petition?

if any person files a false affidavit in the case of NI Act for giving the cheque amounts. The person convicted by the court. The judgment is still pending.
Now we instituted another case to that person for false affidavit which was given in previous case.
We want to know that what sections of Indian penal code are implied to that person as like 467,468 ipc etc?

If a false affidavit is filed before the court in any litigation, it attracts petition under section 340 Criminal Procedure code.
