Nadeem! I suggest you to again read Order 1 Rule 10 of CPC. You are required to be a perform expert and be firm prior to posting reply.

There is no scope for invoking Order 1 Rule 10 of CPC.

You have neither given detail of your problem nor your status in the executive petition so you have locked to our views otherwise there are various conditions wherein a strange person may come in the executive petition and may put his version under various provisions.

How can I anticipate your position without your disclosure?
