can any person ask the copy of notarial register uner RTI? Whether the Notaries are covered uner RTI? Please give illustration at length

No. Notaries are coverred under the RTI act. You can call the register in the court if you have filed a case.

Notary is a public authority. So, his register is a public document and covered by RTI Act.
