Is it your father's self acquisition or ancestral property? If it is his self acquisition then your father's will is valid fully. If the will is in your favor alone you are entitled to it fully. Others cannot claim any share in them.

If it is self acquired property and it is given to you thru., will you are the absolute owner of the property, no other legal heirs of your father cannot claim their share.
If it is not an ancestral property your father had right execute the will to the extent of his share only because your mother, and sisters also have got share.

What do you want? Has your father given the property to those persons by Will. If yes and the if the properties are his self -earned properties then you have no case in hand unless you could prove that the Will s void as it was executed under suspicious circumstances.

everything will depend on the nature of property, whether it is self acquired property of you father or ancestral. in case, it was self acquired, the will of father will prevail.

Firstly, it would depend on the nature of the property and by which school of law the maker of the will is guided. Secondly, the gist of the will and the name of the beneficiaries in the will is to be specified. Your query is not clear.
