hi experts,plz ans this query...
"if a court may issue the ex-parte divorce in favour of one party then can another party may challenge it and if yes then there is how much percentage that the decision may go with that another party."

in any kind of litigation there are no parameters prescribed for winning or loosing a matter.

however, in matrimonial matters the courts adopt a milder approach but everything depends upon the facts and circumstances of the case.
