my query is "wheather a trust can enter into a contarct in its own name or not"?

Yes, it can. through it's trustees.

Trust has to enter into contract in its own name and it is obligatory. If not, the trust is not bound by that contract. Of course, authorised person shall act on behalf of the trust but the contract shall be in the name of the trust.
