7persons with partnership doing cable business with oral agreement invested each Rs.4lacs. no documentary proof. 6persons sold operating system, connectivities without the consent of remaining 1person and consumers to other state corporate network business firm by name ORTEL and threating him to sell or handover the connectivities under his supervision. how a suit can be instituted against the 6 and the purchaser. what could be the legal action against them in jr.civil judge court under which law? urgent

In the present circumstances you can file a suit either for declaration of partnership or for dissolution of partnership along with the relief for temporary injunction to restrain that particular partner in doing anything which is in detriment of the partnership.

You should file a civil suit seeking rendition of accounts which do not attract any court fee except nominal stamps/advolerum fee.
