Querist : Anonymous (Querist) 10 May 2010 This query is : Resolved 
I would like to know the time limit within which a nominee has to apply for transfer of Membership right, of a private group housing scheme, in his / her favour on death of the main member.

Kindly help.

It depends upon the bye-laws of that particular society.
