I have a commercial property in Agra which i want to sell.
I suppose that the new registration will be on circle rate.

* How can i find out the circle rate for my property in Agra?
* Is circle rate same for all properties in the city or varies?

You can obtain these rates from deed-writers and rates varies from one area to another.

Can this info be obtained via internet / email/website/......?

These must be a government authority which is keeping records of circle rate for different areas in the city, as well as controlling the rate(s).
