Neighbour created his own reserved parking on the road.

The neighbor who stays in Vizag,Andhra Pradesh, deliberately parks his two-wheeler on the 20-foot internal colony road in front of his house in Hyderabad, often using his old vehicle or directing tenants/associates to occupy the space, ensuring a reserved spot for his four-wheeler when he visits from Vizag , while my house , with only a 5-foot frontage, lacks adequate space for parking even a two-wheeler. Any legal remedy here please

An internal colony road is a common facility, not owned by any individual resident.
No person has a legal right to “reserve” or block a portion of the road whether by
Parking old vehicles or by instructing tenants or associates or by creating a de facto parking slot for future use.
Parking a vehicle on a road in a manner that obstructs ingress/egress of others, or deprives neighbours of reasonable access, amounts to public nuisance and obstruction.
The neighbour does not even reside there permanently. He is deliberately misusing old vehicles / tenants to block space.
You can make a complaint to Complaint to GHMC / Municipality for Encroachment of common access road and misuse of road as private parking and request for removal of obstructions.
Alternately you can even lodge a criminal complaint against him for creating nuisance and obstruction.
Lastly You can file a suit for Permanent injunction restraining obstruction of common road
Mandatory injunction directing removal of parked vehicles.

all the avenues suggested above can be availed by you. Plus please check how old is the vehicle and what are the RTO norms in your satate for old vehicles.

Discuss the matter with neighbour, other residents, managing committee / RWA and sort out the problem amicably.
Otherwise, submit application to Managing Committee / RWA and raise this issue in general body meeting.
Even after that such parking is not vacated proceed legally seeking professional services of a local prudent Hyderabadi lawyer.
