My birthplace is maharashtra and i have all documents of maharashtra but i dont have any documents of my native place manipur

My father has some old documents of manipur like school passing certificate old voter id and my brother also has obc caste certificate of manipur made in 2010

Firstly, you will need an Income certificate, which is mandatory for an OBC certificate. The patwari of your area issues income certificates. They will ask for your father or guardian. You will have to go to SDM office of your district along with all the essential documents such as the 10th mark sheet, domicile certificate of your district, caste certificate issued by the state government, and income certificate.
