Overstaying without authority permission The period of unauthorised absence w.e.f 10/05/2023 to 25/08/2023 Dismissal order 25/08/2023 Please suggest me what I do ?

The Disciplinary authority will take action against the employees for unauthorised absence. Why were you absent for 108 days? Did the authority suspend you during your absence? State full facts of the case.
