Whose purchase value is 34 lakhs date of purchase 2nd July 2010. Now want to sell for 1 crore 42 lakhs all in white

Ji,You have not mentioned where the property is situated. The levy of stamp duty (tax by way stamp duty) vary from one State to State. each State Government will fix the duties leviable on instruments according to their state revenue. and in some cases some exemptions are also issued. so obtain the value of each property from any E-Seva or Mee-seva centres of your area.
