What do you intend / seek to get annulled ?
It would be advisable to consult a local prudent lawyer with relevant documents/ facts for proper appreciation, analyses, guidance and proceeding.

Annulment of marriage proceedings if pending in the family court and either party dies, the nullity proceedings can continue to decide the marital status of the parties at the time of death of one of them as that will be necessary for determination of the inheritance rights of the surviving party viz a viz other heirs of the deceased party.
