The advocate has forgotten to sign the sale deed. And is not available in town. Can property be registered without advocate signature who has drafted the sale deed?

Yes, signatures of the parties necessary in the Sale deed along with signatures of the witnesses.

No need of obtaining signature of deed writer, presenter or advocate, signature of parties is sufficient.
