Not without written consent of the donee.

the donor and the doness shall execute the revocation (cancellation) of the Gift deed. If the donee is not agreed no chance.

I agree with experts, gift deed can be revoked with the consent of donee.
But how you are concerned, if it is not an academic question paper?
