1. What is the purpose for filing caveat when your brother has already received notice for complaint against him?
2. Where do you intend to file caveat for a pending case?
3. Who has advised you to file a caveat? Do you understand the concept of "caveat"?
4. Did you/your brother consult the lawyer engaged by you/your brother qua filing caveat?

No caveat is filled in complaint u/s 12 of the Protection of the Women from the Domestic Violence Act,2005.
