Title registration in rni for bi-monthly magazine

(Querist) 12 April 2018 This query is : Resolved 
Hi, i have applied title in RNI and it got rejected by RNI for magazine publication. It was applied in March 2015. Now I have lost DM # and reference number.

Now I want to take out rejection letter online but without DM # it is not possible to take out online.

is there any way that we can take out rejection letter by mentioning title name or publisher name.

Pls. advice, as i have to fight against rejection.
