I have agro firm and and want to take agriculture land on lease (10 years) in uttar pardesh, what all legal implication to leas the agri land and what should I do to take agriculture land on lease

Property deals are tricky matters.
Agriculture is state subject. Local rules/laws are involved.
It shall be appropriate to get proper legal opinion from a very able local senior counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in revenue/property/civil matters before signing or making payment.
This may cost some FEE but can defend long term interest and hard earned monies.
The commercial establishment can appropriate such expenses.
