Sir, I want to know that how many times a court provides stay order...To a particular person at particular site/ farm land....If judge pass the decision of materialised the previous stay order....Can he / she again approach to court for providing again second time. stay order....

If one approaches court seeking to grant stay on any particular subject or matter and the court dismisses the application for some reason, he can take up a review or revision against that decision and cannot aproach the same court for the same relief again and again.
