Under Telangana Tenancy act, what is the extent of 'ONE FAMILY LAND HOLDING' and what it denotes.

I bought a piece of agril land in RR Dist. Now it is known that a part of the land was awarded by gove to erstwhile PT under 38-E in 1975. I am told that if the original pattedar was holding less than 2 family holdings, no part of his land can be given by govt to any PT under 38-E.
1. Whether this is a fact.
2. If so, what is the extent of '1 family land holding'.
