Sir

For a land purchase if all the payments make through cheque but full value is not showing in sale deed, is there any problem with regard to stamp duty payment .

Sale amount shown in the sale deed should not be less than the circle / fixed rate specified by the government.

For trouble portion / way to escape in case of need, discuss with your lawyer.
