Sir,
Can one sole owner of immovable property create a trust in respect of the property whereby he creates a trustee of a sole member and that is himself that is creating trustee in his sole own name .

Trust is made for the benefit of a third party. A sole person can not create trust for the sole benefit of himself.

A trust can't be formed/created by the single member,at least two members are essential to form/create a trust.
