sub inspector of my area police station is not taking false case against me from my rivals, but is there any way to file the same case in court as private case against me from my rivals? if yes, police will involve in that private case investigation?

Yes you can file. If order given by Judge then only police can investigate it.

Yes,they cna file such case u/s 2(d) r/w 200 of crpc.

Yes. In case police is not taking action for taking complaint, the complainant can file the complaint before Magistrate as private complaint.

Depending on the merits of the case, the Magistrate shall direct the police to investigate the matter.

Before your rivals file the private complaint, you file a private complaint against the rivals provided there is valid grounds for you.
