hello,
On dated 12-06-16, I visited Jaipur. Prior to visiting jaipur, I made a booking at one Hotel for 3 members(1 female, 2 males) for 2 nights and 1 day for a total sum of Rs.3000/-
On dated 12-06-16, at around 1:30 am at night, when v reached, the hotel did not allow us the booking and said that Rs.3000/- is for one night only or for 24 hrs.
Query
what is the remedy I have having against that hotel. Does this matter can b taken at CONSUMER FOURM. Note:- I only have the telephonic recording as proof.

Every hotels have their check in and check out times displayed on site / booking slip / counter. If the hotel has gone against this you may file consumer complaint.
