lodge police complaint against him and law is same for person of every caste.

Why is he abusing?

He can lodge even false complaint under act which may / may not put you in trouble.

Proceed only after recording all his abuses and have proper evidences.

File a proper complaint with the nearest police station mentioning all the facts and also send a copy to the commissioner of police of your city.
