Sir can we file civil suite and criminal case against builder on the same time.

supreme court in various decisions has made it cleat that both civil and criminal cse can go on simultaneously on the same cause of action.

It depends upon case to case, cause of action against builder and circumstances leading to filing of suit as well as criminal complaint.
