i want to purchase flat in grampanchayat area, which documents should i check , kindly suggest checklist for doucuments

checklists differs with the nature of property.
Generally ask for title deed, connected deeds, sanctioned building plan, revenue receipts etc.
Meet a local lawyer with these papers to find out defect , if any, in the title.
