Sir I got married on 9/12/12 and my wife and my FIL filed some cases on me dowry case is one of them dated 8/09/14 after that police arrested me and filed a chargesheet against me and now lower court proov charge on me dated 18/08/15 so now plz tell me the time limitation for the countercase
