Buying of land granted under darkas

(Querist) 18 July 2015 This query is : Resolved 
My wife is a S C converted to christianity bought 1 acre of land granted under darkas from a S C Hindu, the transaction took place in 2003, 6 years after the grant was made.Now 18 years passed, a third person is claiming that transaction is null and void,he is challenging in the civil court, does it attracts PTCL act 1978. Please clarify.thanking you.

yes. it is challengeable.

i think you dont want a Hindu wife. then why want the land alone which was obtained by her hindu community. just give it back sir..
