How to name change

Dear all,
I have changed my name sahil choudhary from lala ram via govt gadgets and in all documents name is lala ram .now how can i change name in my documents. i attached my name change certificate. kindly tell..

Your query is not clear. You say that you have changed your name in all documents. Then what is problem? What do you mean by "via govt gadgets"? Come with full particulars.

ok fine ...kindly tell me what is legal process for changing the name and it should be valid for all govt. works

Shakespeare stated long time ago "What's there in a name" so for change of name, just file a declaratory suit in civil court and change your name as , Sharukh Khan, Hitler or Hercules etc; as you like it.All the best in the change.

Since you have already changed your name through government gazette notification, keep the copy of the gazette with you whenever you need to execute any document in future. You dont have to change the name in the existing documents.

It would be difficult to get the name changed in all educational certificates. However, you can consult respective Board / University for the procedure.
