Dear Rajendra Sir,

I am not asking any academic query. i askd for an opinion of expert. this query may be searched by anybody on Google also but I am not being able to find the proper defination thatz y i asked here. Please do not treat dis as a Academic query..I just want to know the definition of the two words only.

If it is not on an academic interest, what is the real problem behind the query? You do not have to search in google website, you can very well refer some good labor law books or journals to get the meaning.
