How can i get OBC-NCL certificate? as i have apply dor IIT. Can you please give the procedure?

i visited tehsil office.. they dont even know what is NCL is. ineed OBC-NCL (Central List) Certificate for my exams.. is there any methods to obtain online? or what should i do?

It is non creamy lawyer certificate for OBC candidates. The Tahsildar is the competent person to issue the said certificate, approach them, you can down load the format from concerned websites.

It is nothing but a caste certificate to be issued by the concerned revenue authorities. OBC NCL means Other Backward Communities - Non-Creamy Layer - Fill up the proforma if specific is provided and put through the Village Revenue Authorities -Revenue Inspector-Tehsildar. It is easy. If it is Creamy Layer Certificate, the enquiries will be vigorous.
