Cause of death cum embalming certificate

medico legal post mortem of one of my office superior's dead body is done in govt medical college.the original certificate is submitted
in airport while transporting the body.now this certificate in original is further required for other legal matters.duplicate
copy(xerox copy) signed by medical officer with hospital seal will solve the purpose or not?please advice

Attested Photostat copies of PM report would do for mere formalities like transporting...etc. what do you mean by 'other legal matters'? If the PM report is used for a sessions case, then Original has to be submitted.
