I have read a news in times of India MUMBAI edition dt. 8/3/2015 Title EDUCATED WOMENT CAN NOT GET MAINTAINANCE FROM HUSBAND.

IF ANY BODY KNOW THE COURT NAME & CASE NUMBER PLEASE REPLY AT YOUR EARLIEST. IF ANY OTHER JUGMENT FROMANY COURT PLEASE INFORM WITH DETAILS.
