Vacate person from land

I have purchased one land from ScheduleTribe person with all approval from govt.in 2010 and mutation it in my name.
After one year when anoher person trying to sold his land I found my land position is changing.
In that area 3 no ST people staying in the land. That time I convinced to vacate my land.They agreed but
Some local people advise them to not to vacate the land. Now they are not leave my land.
After getting the patta self already demarked by tahsil amin in 2011. And keep the certify copy of demarcation.
In the amin report no where mentation that this land some people staying.
They have their own patta of different plot. But they think that this is the same plot. It is of govt plot.
Plz sugest how can I vacate those ScheduleTribe people.

Well if the property belongs to you and you have been denied possession as well then file a Suit for Permanent Injunction as well as Suit for Possession.
So that the other side shall not interfere into your possession and other rights qua the property in question.
Keep in mind it will be a lengthy process, so you will have to make use of other modes as well for quick redressal of your problem, if advised by your local lawyer.

Try to have amicable solution of the problem, legal process is time and cost consuming.
If not possible file Suit for Permanent Injunction and Suit for Possession.

Get the land surveyed by the Government surveyed who can make demarcation of your land as per document in the presence of occupants and village elders. This is one way to get rid of the problem. If it is not solved even after survey, you can file for Permanent injunction against the trespassers.

CAN U TELL ME WHAT IS THE MINIMUM TIME TO VACATE THOSE PEROSN IF I SHOOT A INJECTION AGAINST THEM.
