Now tenant not accpeting legal notice,how much I have shell out for evicating him and is there any merit going through whole process since giving notice was not fruitfull to me ,please suggest

If the tenant has refused to accept the notice and the endorsement of postal department to the effect on envelopment exists, it would be considered service of notice.

if you have postal endorsement of refused to accept it is proper service

If the notice was returned undelivered for the reason 'refused' that will be deemed to have been served, you may proceed with eviction suit.
