Completion certificate

Hello,

I am from Jalgaon maharashtra. I have bought an home in jalgaon. I asked for completion certificate to builder. He is saying i will have to make it from municipality.

Could you please guide me does builder gives it or one has to buy from municipality.

builder has to provide building complete certifcate

Builder would get and provide the building completion certificate.

Builder will supply it. If it fails to do so then file case in consumer forum.
