False 498a and other cases

Dear Sir,
my wife file false 498a and crpc 125 in family court. 498a and crpc 125 both stay from high court of Gujarat....
but in DV act 2005 we are attending court hearing at this time my wife failing a false application in nearest police station.. till today she files more then 9 application in different police station in my city, ahmedabad gujarat...
and every application police file false section 151 against me and my parents and hole day from 10 to 5 we are in police station.....
i and my mother complain against this all false application to our city police commissioner but not any action taken by my city police commissioner and when she file false application police is coming my home and treating us because her maternal uncle is a police officer...
my mother try to file complain in metropolitan magistrate but he is not taking our complain ans telling that we have to file complain in police.... my mother tried more then three time but metropolitan magistrate not accepting and he said that this matter not in his power....
please advice me what to do?
if i want to file complaints against my wife in court what i have to do?
please advice me how i can file write petition in high court against police in my city..
please give me any other advice....?

Your mother can file writ petition in high court against police excess.
He can lodge complaint with higher police officials also.

Your mother can lodge complaint u/s 156(3) Cr PC.
Your mother can approach High Court.

A petition u/s 156(3) for investigation by the police against the false complaints made by your wife, based on your mother's application can be filed before the magistrate court for directing the police or if the police excess goes unchecked, a writ petition may be filed.
