Car accident

(Querist) 17 July 2014 This query is : Resolved 
sir already i have asked regarding this case . today i received application copy what he filed against me to reopen the case . i have attached that plz check the attachment.sir i m a govt servant and going to retire on 28 feb 2015.is it possible or chances that district court can impose me an imprisonment. if it is then i ll loose all my benefit from the service. next what to do plz guide me ...?
