Mediation failed in high court

Dear Sir,
Before the mediation cell, i clearly said that, i can not think anything in the bad circustances of fals allegation lying on me and my old age parent and also my life is in danger if i live with wife because she had already made arrangement of gunda on me and also to give poision and i have sufficient evidend recorded in my mobile and as lodged complaint in police station for her bad conduct.
sir, when wife went back to her parent home from mediation center of high court then she and her parent instructed my children and called from land line on my mobile. my children said me on telephone using wrong word.
my query : as i recorded the talk on mobile as my seven years child said me as per instruction of wife n her loved ones. sir, advice what to do as wife is making worse of my child's future . can i file a petition before the court of laws to seperate my children and i will bear all expences to admit in a good shool and other expences.
please advice imeediately.
