In a suit comprising of Plaintiff and a Defendant Govt. Dept. The suit subject is of Treasury Deparment which is under mandatory Scrutiny of the Auditor General of India Local State Branch.
In the suit a Call for Records Petition in the form of Register maintained by Respondent which is under mandatory scrutiny of Auditor General of India was allowed. In the same petition audit reports of the concerned treasury was also requested and the same was also allowed by the honble court.
The concerned Treasury Department has furnished some Register/Record with a Label which is confusing and contradicting. The Respondent Officer orally says it is the same as mentioned in the Petition. Further the audit reports was also not furnished
I have my doubts on the Record/Register produced by Defendant. Hence my query is Can we request the Court to get the Register verified and authenticated by the Auditor General of India - Local Branch of the state ? (To mention Auditor is not party to the suit)

You can ask for issuing summons of the concerned staff to verify the genuineness of the document.

No need to get it verified from Auditor General of India, call the concerned staff as witness to verify the record.
