I am fighting 125 case, my case is on cross examination of her evidence. On which stage court may pass interim maintenance?

No time frame for interim order. Interim order can happen at any stage of the case if & when the judge is convinced to pass such order.

Once trial is started there is hardly any chance for interim maintenance any longer.

Generally interim maintenance is fixed prior to inviting evidence of the petitioner. There may come a stage when the trial judge may invite evidence even for the disposal of the interim maintenance application.

You have not told the factual position in this regard.
