Resign from job

sir
i was working in enggineering college for 3 years but i left the job without serving notice period. but at the time of joining the college they did not informed about resigning process and any type of bond ,and i did not signed any official paper regarding terms and condition of college .But after quit the job they tell " you did not inform college or show one month notice . They threthend me about they file the case in court.
please suggest me suggestion so that i can get rid of this situation..

you have not signed any contract with the management that you would be required to give one month notice . you have not signed any bond . the college would find it difficult to file any case against you for recovery of any dues for notice period .

i have not get reliving order. IN THE base of reliving they thretned me. Reason for quit the job is their is no security of job and misbehaviour of college management, they alwaya crisize me.And college did provide relieving letter to the faculy which already left the college and without any intimation.so advised me.
