Sir

Date of exparte decree passed on in 125 Cr.pc. dated: 09-11-2011, respondent is husband lawyer taken vakalat and lawyer is mislead the case for my client given wrong adjournment. Thereupon it was a exparte.

The wife only filed a land document (it is an empty land no income generated for this land)

In High Court Husband can seek what relief

How can he seek revenge on wife and how can take

there is no question of revenge . if lawyer on behalf of husband did not attend case and order passed exparte then on that ground court may grant you some reliefs
