Sir,
Can an LL.B.Person become legal manager/ Legal associate in corporate sector if he is not registered with BCI?
Can an LL.B.Person become Assistant professor in Law College, if he is not registered with BCI?

BCI registration is not required for an academic position.
on the contrary,if you are a full time practicing advocate ,how can you be working as full time asst.professor in day college of law?
as far as corporates are concerned ,most corporates insist practicing lawyer so that when there is any need or company's counsel is absent,he can appear before the court of law.
exposure or experience is more in demand than BCI registration.

Make up your mind what you want to do, where you want to settle, what is required is subsequent issue to be advised. It is not a legal query.
A person having LL.B. degree can be eligible to be appointed as legal manager/ Legal associate in corporate sector, if it is acceptable to employer. However, it is not necessary that he should be registered with B C I ?
Yes, provided the person having requisite qualification/ fulfilling criteria for the appointment as Assistant professor in Law College, registration with BCI is required for practicing law i.e., advocacy.
