Mutual consent divorce

dear expert,
my friend he is Christiana perform marriage with a Christiana girl they perform the marriage on stamp paper affidavit in 2012 no ceremony at all now they does not want to live in matrimony relationship they want divorce on mutual consent so where they can file divorce what is the procedure to file divorce petition .

if no church marriage has been performed nor any registered marriage the marriage merely on stamp paper would not be a valid marriage
