Probate fee

Hon. Experts,

I have come across an old newspaper write-up dated 13/02/2006, citing the order of the Hon'ble Bombay High Court that:

"A probate court fee of only Rs.20/- is to be levied on the share certificate, of the value of Rs.250/-, for granting probate of property being a co-operative ownership flat."

I request the fellow experts to shed some light on authenticity of this news item.
